The day after…

As the previous days, weeks, and months have moved along with strong focus on the upcoming election; the opportunity to voice our opinion…to stand up and be counted, November 6, 2012 came and went.  We stood up, we spoke, we made out choices known and now we face another 4 years with the decisions and policies that have been in developement during the reign of our current president.  Hard working men and women will rise with the sun this day, November 7, 2012,  and progress through their day with a different focus and point of view.  Water cooler conversations and FB posts will still be of political and volatile nature, discussions of fears and concerns, right and wrong, pros and cons…we will turn to or from those we have known for years as the voracity of our own opinions turn us against one another at a time when we should set aside judgement, stand strong and united and gear up for what is to come.

With great hope and expectation we, at Questar Construction, begin this day with an air of anticipation for an improved economy; with a refocus of life that needs to be lived as well as business that needs to be conducted.  Many have held back expansion and monies due to fear of what this election would bring.   The election has come and gone and we must move forward into a new era, facing 2013 with a positive outlook and faith in a nation of people that do know how to work hard and continue the journey regardless of the hurdles.  As a nation we have faced many hardships and we have persevered, not always with grace, but always as proud hardworking American citizens knowing there is only one way to overcome an obstacle…on step at a time.  With the varied opinions of a united nation it is our hope that we are able to open our minds to change and discover new ways to bring our country and our politics together for the benefit of our great nation.
